Our 4 1/2 acre property is located within walking distance from the BC ferry dock on the south/west corner facing the hills of Otter Bay. From here you can enjoy the spectacular ocean view all the way to Salt Spring Island, Vancouver Island British Columbia and the Olympic Mountains range in the state of Washington USA. Frequently, you can watch the whales feeding and frolicking right here from our two level sun decks.

In season, the eagles will entertain you to their flying school during the day and you can watch the moon rising over the trees.

Guests come here for a weekly getaway or a monthly vacation. What they enjoyed the most is the serenity, the view and the freedom of a self-catered vacation or get away. Here you rest at your own pace and rhythm. Our guests come worldwide for their respite and enjoy the flexibility and the choice of designing their vacation. Others prefer to experience our a la carte wellness program. Some like the island so much, they bring their bicycles and tour the islands, visits the numerous art galleries, farmer’s market, beaches, marinas and hiking trails.

Our house has the charm of the island. You will stay either in the Mexican room or the Fuchsia room. Both come with double size bed and shared bathroom. You can rent them separately or together as a suite. A large cozy living room with a wood fire stove will warm you up on those cold winter nights.

On our deck, the propane BBQ is there for you to use. Grill your catch of the day or get fresh seafood at Hope Bay or Port Browning from the local fishermen. If you like you can relax by the fresh water swimming pool or choose to your laps to start your day.
To finish your day the sauna is waiting for you. Relax those tired muscles and with a cup of home grown tea and go to sleep with the song of the crickets and the wind in the trees.

Because of our own animals and the abundance of wildlife around Sun Raven, we do not allow pets.
